This series of products are mainly used for the iron removal process of various powders, such as potassium and sodium feldspar dry iron removal, quartz sand( quartz powder) iron removal whitening, electromagnetic positive and negative materials to remove iron. Valve uses reliable solenoid valve, through programming control, to achieve full automatic operation. The equipment has its own water purification tank, and through programming and precise control of valves, the minimum water consumption can be realized for iron separating.

Operation

Feed the dry powder from the hopper,meanwhile make the separator state at the magnetizing and run a vibrator.After a period,stop feeding,cut off the magnetic device,run the other vibrator(keep the two vibrator running),poke the raffle of drain of material funnel into the iron discharge.Then discharge the magnetic material absorbed on the magnetic media relying on the vibrating force.
